Carmaker + Impression Obsession Blog Hop

Today I'm hopping with Impression Obsession and CardMaker magazine with this cupcake card. It makes me hungry just looking at it!

I colored this fun design with Copics and added the title using Hero Arts White Embossing Powder on black cardstock. I love the striking contrast between the rainbow colors and the black and white at 

the bottom.

Impression Obsession

Welcome to the Momenta and Cardmaker Magazine blog hop! I had the pleasure of working with a beautiful feather stamp and die this time around. The first thing I thought of when I saw the stamped image was - dreamcatcher! Here's my version on a card:

I started with Momenta patterned paper and a circle die to create the center of the dreamcatcher. Wrapping it in thin twine and finishing it off with a spray of stamped feathers. Using pigment inks really helped create nice, solid stamped image. A few sequins and a sentiment by Momenta finish the design.

I've been practicing my filming skills again and hope to have more You Tube videos up very soon!
